From Thailand to the Stage | Meet Pamela, HUNTR/X Performer

At Jersey City Party Characters, we love getting to know the people behind the characters. Our performers are working artists, teachers, students, dancers, actors, and creators, and Pamela is an incredible example of just how much dedication can go into becoming a great performer.

Pamela is a senior musical theater student, college instructor, dancer, and HUNTR/X performer who has built an impressive life for herself since moving to the United States from Thailand four years ago.

A Journey That Started in Thailand

Four years ago, Pamela made a huge leap and moved from Thailand to the United States on her own to attend college.

Starting over in a new country is a major undertaking, and Pamela has spent the past four years building a life around her education, her artistry, her friendships, and her love of performing.

Now, as a senior musical theater student, she is nearing the completion of a journey that she began thousands of miles away.

And we couldn't be prouder of her.

A Senior Musical Theater Student With Serious Work Ethic

Pamela is currently a full-time senior in college studying musical theater, but somehow, that isn't all she manages to fit into her schedule.

She also works full time as a HUNTR/X performer, bringing characters from K-pop Demon Hunters to life for children and families.

On top of that, Pamela teaches Zumba at her college, combining her love of dance and movement with her passion for working with others.

Between classes, rehearsals, performances, teaching, work, and everything that comes with being a college senior, Pamela has developed an incredible work ethic.

She doesn't just show up. She shows up ready to work.

Our HUNTR/X Superstar

As a HUNTR/X performer, Pamela brings the energy, athleticism, musicality, and confidence that these characters require.

Performing HUNTR/X isn't simply about wearing a costume. It requires singing, dancing, acting, improvisation, audience interaction, and the ability to keep up with a room full of excited kids.

Pamela handles all of it with the kind of professionalism that makes us incredibly proud to have her on our team.

And when something unexpected happens?

Pamela is also one of our problem solvers.

She's the kind of performer who can think on her feet, figure things out, and keep the show moving. That ability is invaluable when you're performing live, especially when every party is different.

Talent, Determination & A Whole Lot of Heart

One of the things that stands out most about Pamela is how naturally talented she is, but it's her work ethic and determination that really make her special.

She's constantly learning, growing, practicing, and finding ways to become a better performer.

As a senior musical theater student, she's already spent years developing her craft, and we get to watch her continue to grow every time she performs.

She makes us proud not only because of what she can do onstage, but because of the person she is behind the scenes.

When Pamela Isn't Performing...

Pamela loves discovering new places to eat, so if you're looking for a new restaurant recommendation, she's probably your girl! 🍜

She also loves dancing with her friends, camping with her family, and, of course, performing.

Her life outside of the stage is just as full of movement, adventure, food, and people she loves.

Why We Love Pamela

Pamela's story is one of courage, independence, talent, and determination.

Four years ago, she moved from Thailand to the United States on her own to pursue her education. Today, she's a senior musical theater student, Zumba instructor, full-time HUNTR/X performer, and working artist who continues to make everyone around her proud.

She brings incredible talent to every performance, but she also brings something that can't be taught in a classroom: the ability to work hard, solve problems, stay positive, and keep going.

We are incredibly lucky to have Pamela as part of the Jersey City Party Characters family, and we're so excited to watch where her talent takes her next.

Whether she's performing as HUNTR/X, dancing with a room full of children, teaching Zumba, studying musical theater, or discovering her next favorite restaurant, Pamela brings her whole heart to everything she does.
